Our Career Lounges provide young people in our twelve-week mentoring programme with enhanced career development opportunities through workplace visits.
In collaboration with our volunteering partners, these events offer insights into specific employment sectors and pathways to education and employment. They also highlight careers that may have seemed inaccessible or unfamiliar.
By connecting young people with real employers and mentors with real world experience, we aim to bridge the gap between young people at risk of becoming NEET and a future where they can reach their full potential.

Our Mentoring Programme and Career Lounges are delivered in person at workplaces and are delivered one or twice per twelve-week programme cycle. We work with a range of volunteer partners including, WeWork, Salesforce, Overbury, Sky and KPMG!
