At the Centre for Social Action our aim is to create a learning experience where current or aspiring social activists can build their skills and knowledge in key areas such as leadership and volunteer management, resilience, problem solving, lobbying, media training, networking, presenting, and community engagement.
As well as gaining new skills and knowledge, participants will also have access to a peer-to-peer feedback tool where they take part in active discussions and share insights, tips and stories with fellow learners.
This experience can be tailored to the interests of our participants – in the topics they engage in, how they connect with their peers, how they build their network, or the kinds of action they take on.
The Centre for Social Action offers two unique pathways: a Start Up pathway for aspiring social activists, and a Level Up pathway for social activists with previous experience creating and running a campaign.
This tailored approach is to ensure our participants have best access to global social action opportunities.
