The Diana Award is delighted that HRH The Duke of Sussex will attend The Diana Award National Youth Mentoring Summit on Tuesday 2 July 2019 in London. The Duke of Sussex has seen our Mentoring Programme in action and supports projects that enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to build their skills and confidence.
At the summit, His Royal Highness will join industry experts, business professionals and government officials alongside young people who have benefited from mentoring.
The aim of the UK’s first National Youth Mentoring Summit is to redefine the conversation around mentoring and its potential to change trajectories for young people, businesses and communities.
The Diana Award was joined by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex as young people took centre-stage at the Concordia Annual Summit in New York to drive a global movement of young activists, from across the world, for The Diana Award’s ‘Decade of Youth Wellbeing’.
The Diana Award is delighted to announce the appointment of Rebecca Crook as Chair of Trustees and Margaret Manning OBE as Trustee.
Thursday 18 July sees the launch of The Diana Award’s ‘Youth Voice in Politics’ report which looks at the state of youth voice and engagement in politics in the UK.
