Anti-Bullying Week is coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance. Each year, The Diana Award host a series of exciting events to bring the country together to tackle bullying.

The Diana Award brings together over 600 young Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, aged 5-18 from schools across the UK, to participate in two hands-on events – in London and Blackpool – designed to inspire young people to creatively explore bullying issues through drama, singing, photography, rap, street art, public speaking – all led by celebrity talent. A panel debate will kick off the day with Facebook/Instagram, Yubo & Tik Tok. These companies will then provide a safety briefing to school staff on their platform’s approach to safety and bullying.
The Diana Award runs the leading Anti-Bullying Campaign in the UK and Ireland giving young people, professionals and parents the skills, confidence and training to tackle all forms of bullying as Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. The events are sponsored by The Department for Education with support from Facebook, Instagram, Trutex, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Yubo & Tik Tok.

The Diana Award was joined by Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex as young people led a panel discussion demonstrating how their engagement in social action has positively impacted both their mental health and resilience in life.
As millions of young people head back to school this September, new research, commissioned by leading youth charity The Diana Award and the UK’s largest online mental health support service Kooth, has revealed while more than half (56%) of the UK’s young people have experienced bullying, many are ‘suffering in silence’ with one in three (39%) saying they have avoided telling their parents or carers because they thought they wouldn’t understand.
Today, The Diana Award launched ‘Pledge to Invest’ an initiative which puts the spotlight on the future of youth leadership and how forward-thinking businesses can support.
