As an organisation, our mission is to foster, develop and inspire positive change in the lives of young people. Our team works hard to ensure that Princess Diana’s belief ‘young people have the power to change the world’ is realised.

We all play our part to help realise this vision and our team is diverse in its talents and roles. Day-to-day we can be found working out in the community with young people through our anti-bullying, mentoring and social action initiatives, fundraising, managing our valued corporate partners, providing vital HR and communications support, celebrating young people in memory of Princess Diana and plenty more.
