Aditi is a passionate philanthropist, leader and advocate for women empowerment and global health. Her volunteer work for a wide range of causes has spread across the Canadian city of Ottawa and beyond.
Aditi is committed to helping women who have been in abusive relationships, volunteering her time at Chrysallis House, a shelter for women and families fleeing violence. She supports Courage for Freedom to end trafficking of adolescent females. Due to her passion and commitment to empowering women, she was selected by the United Nations Association in Canada to serve as a youth delegate for the 63rd Commission on the Status of Women.
Aditi also finds the time to serve breakfast to underprivileged children each week, and founded ‘My Empowerment Packs’, a wellness kit for homeless youth. Motivated by witnessing mental health struggles faced by the elderly community living in isolation, Aditi began fundraising and providing assistance services for those living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Aditi does not wait for change, but instead creates her own initiatives to see a tangible difference in her community.
