Siobhan Duncan

Elgin High School

Despite the fact that Siobhan has taken on a considerable deal of caring responsibility at home she stands out amongst her peers as someone who strives to improve the lives of others; volunteering her time to deliver art activities, fundraising for charity and as a highly committed member of the school’s Zambian partnership. Siobhan was a key member of a voluntary project working to improve understanding of the importance of foetal alcohol syndrome and made an individual presentation of the project’s findings to Tam Baillie, Scotland’s Commissioner for Children and Young People.
