Meet Nicholas_
a real life Auggie

Nicholas was born with a facial difference, but he’s never let that hold him back. He’s gone on to campaign for facial equality and is a keen anti-bullying campaigner across the UK.

We’re looking for the next generation of young people who, like Nicholas, are following #DianasLegacy and changing the world.

The Diana Award recognises young people who are selflessly serving others in their communities. The Award is the longest running award for young people that is given to individuals and groups through a retrospective nomination process only. We believe this is special. Young people do not work towards the award, rather they demonstrate their suitability through their actions, without any expectation of reward.

An Anti-Bullying Ambassador is someone who has been trained by The Diana Award Anti-Bullying Campaign to help educate their peers on bullying, lead on anti-bullying campaigns, promote a culture which celebrates and tolerates difference and help keep their peers safe both online and offline.

Our trainers travel the UK to deliver workshops in schools across the country, covering topics from cyber-bullying and online safety to kindness and peer support.

Whether you want to be a host school or come along to a pre-planned training, chances are we’ll have an opportunity for you to get involved.
