ONLINE WORK EXPERIENCE_
The Diana Award Mentoring Programme delivers twenty online sessions with support from our professional volunteer mentors.

Last year, over 800 young people participated in our online Work Experience and more than 80% stated that they learnt something new from the sessions. This year, we want to support even more young people to develop their skills and reach their potential.
Between Monday and Friday, The Diana Award Mentoring Programme will deliver twenty online sessions with support from our professional volunteer mentors. You can register for two sessions or twenty sessions – the choice is yours.
We have designed sessions around five strands:
- Our ‘How To…’ sessions will support the development of your careers skills and help you apply for your first job.
- Our ‘Education and Training’ sessions will support your understanding of different education and training pathways, including insight from the University of Gloucestershire, Arts University Bournemouth, and Civil Service Apprenticeships.
- Our ‘Public Service’ sessions will provide you with insight into different careers in public service, including medicine, law, and aircraft engineering.
- Our ‘Finance’ and ‘Technology’ sessions will provide you with insight into different careers in finance and technology, including insight from HSBC, KPMG, Deloitte and BT.
