Why Nominate?

Cameron and Freddie FlintoffIf you’re looking to nominate a young person or group for the Diana Award, then you’ve come to the right place; by nominating, you are acknowledging their commitment to helping others.

At the Diana Award, we understand that young people are often looked at negatively by society and the media. Our Award Holders challenge that perception and are showcased as role models who are creating culture where young people are proud to be making a difference.

The Diana Award has five catagories for individulals and groups of young people aged between 9 and 18. Every successful nominee will receive a prestigious national award which will boost their self-esteem and confidence but it doesn’t stop there!

Each Award Holder has the opportunity to join the Diana Network which provides opportunities to gain valuable life skills and put these into practice with internships and workplacements both in the UK and abroad.

Please nominate any exceptional young people you know and help recognise the amazing things they do for people in your community. To make a nomination, click here.

The nomination deadline has been extended until 28th May 2012.
