Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Training
The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors training day in Chester went without a hitch! 150 young people attended the event held at The Queen Hotel and were appointed as Anti-Bullying Ambassadors for their schools after a day of confidence building and public speaking training workshops.
Each training room was buzzing with young people ready to make a difference in their school. The day began with an ice breaker that saw the young people meeting new people and learning more about what it means to become an Anti-Bullying Ambassador. This was followed by smaller group sessions in training rooms with Speakers Trust. We rounded off the day by assembling everyone together again and running an exciting open mic session that allowed the Ambassadors to show their skills to the whole group. The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors left the event in highspirits!
If you know someone who would like to be an Anti-Bullying Ambassador and take part in the next training days at Newcastle, you can apply online here.
